How long will it take me to get organized?

Each person and situation is unique. The first step is to ask yourself these questions:
  • What are my goals?
  • How complex will my project be?
  • How are my decision-making skills?
  • What is my and my family's commitment to getting organized?


Getting organized sounds great, but how will I stay organized?

Some people only need a small amount of guidance—in other words, a gentle “push”—to stay organized. Others may need an on-going “support system” whereby your professional organizer stands by to keep the process “on track.”


How much will getting organized cost me?

Because each situation and solution is unique, our pricing is not standardized. The best way to figure out the scope of your project is to complete the "Getting Started/Information Request" form or call us at 804-270-0115.


Will my professional organizer make me throw things away?

What you keep and what you discard is up to you. Your professional organizer will make recommendations, but the final decision is yours.


What about organizing containers?

Once you and your O² representative determine what is to be kept, we will then discuss containers. Often, you will already have what’s needed. Your professional organizer will assist you in using those supplies more efficiently. If containers need to be purchased, we'll recommend the right products.


What about confidentiality?

Your professional O² organizer is ethically bound to keep all your information confidential.


Do you work evenings and weekends?

Evening and weekend consultations and services are no problem.
